Terms of Service

These clauses are specific to how we sell. They sit alongside our Returns & Exchanges, Shipping and Customs & Duties policies.

Single-piece inventory

Most items are unique. In the rare case that two customers order the same piece within moments of each other, or where our stock record proves inaccurate, we will contact the affected customer immediately and issue a full refund. We are not able to substitute a different piece without your agreement.

Colour accuracy

Silk, zari, and hand-dyed fabric photograph differently under different light and on different screens. We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but slight variation between the photograph and the garment is inherent to these materials and is not a defect.

Handloom and handwork variation

Handwoven and hand-embroidered pieces contain small irregularities. These are characteristic of the craft, not flaws.

Measurements

Measurements are given as a guide and taken by hand. Allow a tolerance of roughly 1 inch.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
