Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please read this before placing an international order.

Prices on this site do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

You are the importer of record

Your local customs authority may charge duty, VAT/GST, or a handling fee on the parcel. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are your responsibility. DHL will normally contact you to collect them before delivery.

We cannot tell you the amount in advance — it varies by country, garment classification, and declared value. Your national customs website is the reliable source.

We declare orders accurately

We do not under-declare value or mark a purchase as a gift. Requests to do so amount to asking us to falsify a customs declaration, and we will decline.

Refused parcels

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because duties were not paid, the item is returned to us at our cost. In that case we refund the item value less shipping both ways and any charges DHL passes on to us.

Restricted materials

Some countries restrict imports of certain materials. If your order is held or seized under local law, we cannot refund it.
