Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we will get the piece to you — tracked, insured and packed by hand.

Processing time

Orders are picked, inspected, and packed within 1–3 business days. Every garment is checked by hand before it goes out. Bridal pieces take longer because they get a more careful inspection and heavier packaging.

United States

Shipping is charged on every order; the cost is shown at checkout.

International

We deliver worldwide with DHL. Transit is typically 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs. If you do not see your country at checkout, message us and we will arrange it.

Import duties are not included in our prices. Please read our Customs, Duties & Import Taxes page before placing an international order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected. International parcels can appear to pause in customs for several days; this is normal and not a lost shipment.

Wedding deadlines

If you are ordering for a specific date, tell us the date in the order notes or message us first. For international bridal orders we recommend allowing at least four weeks before the event. We would rather advise you against an order than have it arrive late.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address as entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once DHL has collected it, and we cannot refund parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
